The MACH 1 Avalanche is a sporty, yet fiery addition to the MACH 1 line-up.
With the Frostpeak pattern on the dial that mimics freshly fallen, powdery snow, to the bright red minute hand that is a nod to airspeed indicators on planes and helicopters, the Avalanche is a dynamic watch if you're looking for an aviation story, and yet a bright catch.
The case is built with our iconic MACH 1 styling, in a completely matte-black PVD coating, an excellent grip with the afterburner-inspired crown, and a dial littered with a generous dose of Super-Luminova® for that ultra-bright visibility in the dark. The caseback makes for a party-trick with a depiction of a helicopter flying above towering peaks.
With a Swiss automatic movement, and 100 Meters of water-tightness, the Avalanche is your ready companion for that red-eye flight, or a constant companion for your daily-driver with a colourful punch.
BACKSTORY OF THIS WATCH:
Nestled in the icy embrace of the Himalayas lies an airstrip known only to the most intrepid of aviators. Located along the eastern Karakoram range at an altitude of 6000 meters, where the air is thin, and the chill bites to the bone, the Siachen Glacier is a dare to even the most experienced aviators.
It evokes a vision of towering peaks and a frozen expanse reflecting the spirit of endurance and resilience required to not just thrive in such a harsh environment but to fly helicopters routinely in and out of the challenging environment.
Legend has it that a few brave pilots landed Chetak helicopters during a 1978 operation to airlift personnel and support packages at these high altitudes. From that moment on till date, high-altitude helicopter flying is a challenge only a few dare to take on.

Shipping
We offer free worldwide shipping for all watches. We ship from Bangalore once every week on Tuesdays via BlueDart for India, and FedEx for International orders. You will bear the customs duty in the country of your import. Please see our detailed shipping terms before placing your order.

We do not accept Cash on Delivery. We accept payments via Visa, Master, and AMEX cards. For India, we also accept NetBanking, UPI Wallets, EMI on your Credit Cards, or an instant-credit based 3-month payment through India issued Credit Cards.
